Changing your yearly plan to monthly
This page outlines our official policy regarding changing your yearly plan to monthly, including eligibility, timeframes, and important terms.
We want you to love using Checkout Page. If you’ve signed up for a yearly plan but decide a monthly plan is a better fit, you can request to switch. This comes with a few simple conditions.
How it works
If you’ve subscribed to a yearly plan and decide you’d prefer a monthly plan, we can switch you over. To be eligible, you’ll need to request the change within 7 days of subscribing. When we switch your plan, we’ll refund your yearly payment minus the cost of one month.
- Your plan will be switched to monthly at the next month of your current billing period.
- For example: If you subscribed to the yearly plan on May 3, 2025 and requested to change the plan to monthly on May 4, 2025 - your monthly plan will start on June 3, 2025.
If you request to switch to monthly after 7 days of subscribing, you are not eligible for a refund of the yearly plan cost.
- Your plan will be switched to monthly at the end of your current yearly billing period.
- For example: If you subscribed to the yearly plan on August 10, 2025 and requested to change the plan to monthly on September 25, 2025 - your monthly plan will start on August 10, 2026 (when the yearly plan ends).
Refund eligibility
You’re only eligible for a refund of the yearly plan if you contact us within 7 days of subscribing to the yearly plan.
