How to translate the customer portal

In this help article, we’ll cover how customers can translate the customer portal.

The Customer portal is in English by default and there is no action needed on your end to translate it to the customer's desired language.

Chrome

Customers' portal will automatically be translated based on the language set on their Chrome browser.

If they desire another language than what is set up on their Chrome browser, they can change the language of the Customer portal by the following steps:

  1. Clicking the language settings icon

2. Selecting from the 3-dot menu to change the language

3. Change the language to the desired choice - in the example below, I have changed the Customer portal to be in French

Safari

Customers' portal will automatically be translated based on the language set in their MAC settings.

If they desire another language than what is set up on their MAC settings, they can change the language of the Customer portal in their System Settings > General:
